GEYSERVILLE
Wedding Planning & Day-Of Coordination for Couples Who Love Geyserville’s Rustic Elegance

Wedding Planning & Day of Coordination in Geyserville
Geyserville is one of Wine Country’s true hidden gems, an intimate, scenic destination that feels worlds away while still being easy for guests to reach. Its rolling vineyards, golden hillsides, and peaceful boutique wineries create a naturally romantic setting for weddings of all styles, from rustic–chic to modern vineyard elegance. Couples are drawn to Geyserville for its relaxed sophistication and the kind of atmosphere where every moment feels warm, beautiful, and unhurried.
As the wedding planner and day-of coordinator behind Beyond Lace Events, I (Taleen) have a special connection to Geyserville. I chose to get married here myself. Experiencing the area not just as a planner but as a bride showed me how magical it truly is. The quiet luxury, incredible food and wine, and sweeping views create a feeling you can’t quite replicate anywhere else.
Geyserville offers a wedding experience that is timeless, intimate, and deeply personal, an unforgettable place to begin a marriage.

Why I Love Geyserville
I love spending time in Geyserville because it has this peaceful, small-town charm surrounded by some of the most beautiful landscapes in Wine Country. Whenever I’m here, I feel like I can actually slow down, breathe, and take in the vineyards, the hills, and the warm, welcoming energy of the community.
One of my favorite things to do is enjoy the incredible food and wine the area is known for. I love stopping by Catelli’s for their fresh, comforting Italian dishes. For wine, CAST Wines is a must for me. Their hillside views and handcrafted wines make any visit feel like a perfect escape. I also adore Aesthete Winery & Farm, especially their relaxed, farm-style setting by the Russian River and sweet little animal encounters. And when I’m looking for something a bit more iconic, I love heading to Coppola for their Rustic cozy restaurant.
Beyond food and wine, I enjoy exploring the area itself. Whether it’s wandering through the quiet streets, taking in the vineyard views, or finding a peaceful spot for a picnic, Geyserville always gives me something to appreciate.
Geyserville has become one of my favorite places because it feels personal, inspiring, and full of hidden treasures, and it’s why I love coming back again and again.

Trentadue Winery - Geyserville Wedding
Trentadue Winery is one of those Geyserville venues that feels instantly romantic without trying too hard. Surrounded by vineyards, mountain views, and tall redwoods, it offers a beautiful mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, from the vine-covered Grape Arbor to the open lawns and the elegant Sala de Leon Pavilion. Whether you’re imagining an intimate garden ceremony or a larger celebration with a vineyard backdrop, the property gives you plenty of room to make the day feel personal and relaxed.
In terms of affordability, Trentadue falls into the moderate-to-premium range for wine-country weddings. You get exclusive use of the grounds, tables and chairs, a getting-ready suite, and well-kept event spaces that are already gorgeous without needing a ton of decor. It’s a strong value for couples who want that Sonoma-style vineyard experience without the steepest Napa-level pricing.
As your wedding planner and day-of coordinator, Beyond Lace Events helps you bring the most out of Trentadue’s spaces by guiding you through design choices, coordinating vendors familiar with winery logistics, and creating a smooth timeline from the first look to the last dance.

Catelli’s is a charming and unexpectedly romantic place to get married in Geyserville. The venue centers around its beautiful circular patio, paved with striking marble and surrounded by mature olive trees and lush greenery, an outdoor space that feels intimate, stylish, and especially magical at sunset. For smaller celebrations, there’s also a cozy garden area and an inviting indoor banquet room with a wood-burning fireplace, giving couples flexible options no matter the season or guest count. Great food is part of the experience, too; Catelli’s is known for its Italian-inspired dishes and curated wine list, which makes hosting a wedding here feel warm, delicious, and effortless.
In terms of affordability, Catelli’s typically falls into the moderate range, offering a polished wine-country wedding experience without the higher price tag of large estate wineries. Its built-in charm means you don’t have to over-decorate, and having the restaurant’s culinary team on-site simplifies planning and creates a seamless dining experience for your guests.

Robert Young Estate Winery - Geyserville Wedding
Robert Young Estate Winery is an exceptional place to get married if you’re dreaming of a wine-country celebration that feels both elevated and deeply personal. Set in the rolling Alexander Valley hills, the property offers sweeping vineyard views, warm golden light, and a sense of privacy that instantly makes your wedding feel intimate and intentional. The Scion House, with its modern-rustic architecture and floor-to-ceiling windows, creates a stunning backdrop for ceremonies and receptions, refined without losing its wine-country soul.
Affordability-wise, Robert Young falls into the premium category, but couples often feel the experience matches the investment: thoughtful hospitality, beautifully maintained grounds, and a setting that feels truly one-of-a-kind. And when you have Beyond Lace Events supporting you, whether you need full wedding planning or seamless day-of coordination, you’re able to enjoy the beauty of the property without worrying about logistics.

Geyserville Inn is a charming and picturesque place to get married, offering sweeping views of vineyards, rolling hills, and the surrounding Alexander and Dry Creek Valleys. Its spacious outdoor lawn, framed by a wisteria-covered pergola and lush landscaping, creates a naturally romantic setting for ceremonies and receptions. Because the property feels tucked away yet intimate, couples get that quintessential wine-country atmosphere without the overwhelm of a massive estate.
One of the biggest advantages of Geyserville Inn is that it doubles as both a venue and lodging. With more than 38 guest rooms and suites, plus amenities like a pool, hot tub, and the on-site Geyserville Grille, your friends and family can settle in for an entire wedding weekend. Rehearsal dinners, welcome drinks, and farewell brunches can all happen in one place, making the experience seamless, relaxed, and fun for everyone.
In terms of affordability, Geyserville Inn falls into the moderate category. It’s a strong value for wine-country weddings, especially since you get both event spaces and convenient guest accommodations on the same property. For couples looking to simplify logistics while still having a beautiful, vineyard-view celebration, it’s an ideal balance of charm, comfort, and cost.

The Ranch at Lake Sonoma - Geyserville Wedding
The Ranch at Lake Sonoma is one of those rare venues that feels both dramatic and grounded. With sweeping views of Lake Sonoma, rolling hills, it gives couples an unforgettable natural backdrop without feeling overly polished or pretentious. Whether you want an outdoor ceremony overlooking the water or a cozy reception inside the barn, the setting captures that peaceful, rugged Sonoma beauty.
What couples love most is the flexibility. The Ranch offers indoor–outdoor flow, open space for up to 300 guests, and the freedom to bring in your own caterers and bar options. It’s also more affordable than many wine-country estates, landing in the moderate affordability range, making it a great fit for couples who want breathtaking views without luxury-level pricing. With tables, chairs, lounge pieces, and setup included, you get a lot of value without needing to over-rent.
I personally got married at The Ranch at Lake Sonoma and planned my own wedding there, so I know exactly how to maximize its beauty and flow for a celebration that feels effortless. As your wedding planner and day-of coordinator with Beyond Lace Events, I can guide you on everything from vendor coordination and timeline creation to setup and logistics. My experience allows me to anticipate challenges, optimize the space, and help your day feel seamless.
