I'm Taleen Keuftedjian, founder of Beyond Lace – Bay Area Wedding Planner & Events, a boutique planning company dedicated to creating beautifully curated, stress-free weddings that reflect your vision, without overspending. From day one, I take a hands-on, personalized approach to ensure every detail feels intentional and true to you. It’s an absolute joy to bring your love story to life through thoughtful design and meaningful touches that capture your personality and celebrate this exciting new chapter.
MY STORY: HOW BEYOND LACE BEGAN
​A Spark from Friendship​

It all started when four of my closest friends got engaged, one after another, and somehow, I became the go-to person for each of their weddings.

What began as “helping out” quickly turned into something more. While my friends felt overwhelmed by budgets, vendors, and endless details, I found myself completely in my element. I loved every moment. Organizing, designing, and finding creative solutions, I treated each wedding as if it were my own. I couldn’t explain it at first, but something about the process lit a fire in me. I realized that planning weddings was more than something I was good at; it was something I was meant to do.
Merging Creativity with Practicality
After spending nearly two decades in corporate America working in financial planning and budgeting, I saw how expensive and wasteful the wedding industry had become. I knew there had to be a better way. One that celebrated love and creativity, not just big price tags.

Outside of weddings, I’m a mental health cheerleader and the author of Balance the Bossy Brain, a guide to overcoming anxiety, as well as Nara's Inspirational Journey, a children’s book encouraging optimism and resilience. I’m also a devoted animal lover, where I share my life with my furry and feathered friends, a passion that keeps me grounded and joyful.​
