Best for: Couples who’ve done most of the planning but want professional support to tie it all together Start working with you 4–8 weeks before your wedding > Often includes pre-wedding calls for planning guidance, timeline review, and final details. > Create, review and finalize the wedding timeline and logistics with the couple. > Review floor plan and layout logistics > Confirm and communicate with all vendors to verify contracts, arrival times, and details. > Assist with last-minute details and troubleshooting in the final weeks. > Conduct a 30 day final walkthrough of the venue(s) with the couple and vendors. > Coordinate and lead the rehearsal, including ceremony logistics and processional flow. > Serve as the primary on-site contact on the wedding day to manage vendors and handle emergencies. > Assist with light décor setup to ensure items are placed according to the couple’s vision (e.g., centerpieces, signage, candles, table numbers, escort cards, gift box, guest book). > Manage ceremony and reception flow, including key moments such as the grand entrance and first dance. > Facilitate end-of-night organization, as time allows within scheduled coverage, by gathering and neatly consolidating personal items within the event space for easy pickup; packing. > Provide peace of mind by being the point person so the couple can enjoy their day stress-free.
