Best for: Couples who want to plan some elements themselves but need guidance through the more complex parts. Starts working with you 4–8+ months before the wedding. > Assist with vendor research, recommendations, and bookings. > Assist with event rental research and quotes (furniture, dance floor, lighting, drapery, tabletop, decor rentals, etc). > Offer design and aesthetic guidance to shape the overall look and feel of the wedding. > Create customized mood boards, color palettes, and mockups of themes and styles tailored to your chosen venue. > Provide guidance on floral selections and recommend the appropriate number of arrangements needed to achieve the desired look (ceremony, reception, and personal flowers). > Assist in narrowing down floral quotes and identifying areas for cost savings or adjustments. > Provide guidance on where to source florals, including full-service florists, à la carte options, or wholesale/DIY floral providers. > Provide guidance on guest experience elements, including signage, seating arrangements, and flow of events. > Coordinate meetings and communication with vendors. > Develop a detailed wedding day timeline, venue layout, and floor plan. > Provide ongoing planning support and troubleshooting leading up to the wedding. > Coordinate and lead the rehearsal to ensure ceremony flow and logistics are clearly executed. > Act as the main point of contact for vendors and venue on the wedding day. > Provide up to 10 hours of on-site wedding day coordination. Additional time beyond the contracted hours is available at an hourly rate. > Assist with light décor setup to ensure items are placed according to the couple’s vision (e.g., centerpieces, signage, candles, table numbers, escort cards, guest book, gift box); larger installations or extensive setup may require additional staffing. > Manage ceremony and reception flow, including key moments such as the processional, grand entrance, and first dance. > Facilitate end-of-night organization by gathering and organizing personal items within the event space for pickup; this does not include packing, heavy lifting, or transportation.
